What you would be doing: The Grain Merchandiser will enhance the value proposition that Agtegra provides to our member owners by successfully executing market risk management tools and services for our patrons. The successful applicant must be detail oriented with excellent communication skills and work independent of supervision. Agtegra’s merchandisers primarily market corn, soybeans and wheat through a system of over 40 elevators including 11 shuttle loaders located in North and South Dakota.

We manufacture top quality texturized, pelleted, and mineral/premix feeds at our 58,000-sq. ft. plant. What you would be doing: A Business Operations Manager to implement the management and operation of our feed mill office. In this role you would be directly involved in management, customer relations, order processing, bookkeeping, marketing, inventory tracking, and human resource activities such a payroll and employee communications. If you are a dedicated individual who enjoys working with people and is able to remain organized while completing a variety of tasks, this may be the job for you.
Qualifications: 2+ years’ experience managing an office. QuickBooks accounting software experience. Microsoft Office experience with Word, Excel, Publisher, and Access. Prior agriculture/agribusiness experience. A positive attitude, good work ethic, and the ability to pay careful attention to details and accuracy. A good aptitude for learning and the desire for a job where you will ‘make a difference’.

What you would be doing: The Diesel Mechanic supports the Equipment Manager and Farm Manager in sustaining productive and economic farm operations by performing standard and advanced diagnostics, repair and maintenance on all farm equipment including but not limited to tractors, implements, engines and facilities.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, Mechanical, Diesel Technician or other related certifications strongly preferred. Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job with or without accommodations including but not limited to continuous bending, squatting, twisting at the waist, shoulders and knees, and crouching to achieve angle and positions required to perform various repairs. Also with or without accommodation independently and repeatedly lift, move and carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds frequently.

What you would be doing: We are seeking a positive and responsible individual to serve as a Receptionist. The Receptionist would manage our front desk on a daily basis, welcome guest positively, and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Qualifications: High School education. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Computer skills: Microsoft Office. Professional and customer focused. Customer service attitude. Willing to be given a variety of administrative tasks.

In this position you will deliver agricultural products to area farms and have on-site warehouse duties. A Class A or B CDL is preferred but not required. We are willing to train.
