What you would be doing: In this role you will be performing a variety of tasks from operating farm equipment to performing light equipment maintenance to maintaining grounds and performing other general farm labor.
Qualifications: Prior farming/agriculture experience strongly preferred not required. Experience in operating heavy equipment and/or mechanical experience in either agriculture, construction, military or relatable field. CDL preferred, not required. Must be willing to obtain. Proven ability to be proactive in completing work and being a problem-solver. Ability to work extended hours and weekends especially during peak season.

What you would be doing: This role is a senior leadership sales role relative to leading and managing the Dole Berry sales team in North America. This role along with the team is responsible for selling the geography of North America on all aspects of Dole Berry products. This role will have P&L responsibility for the Dole Berry sales.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in Business Management/Sales or a minimum of 10 years of Business Management/Sales experience. 10-15 years sales management experience. Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, decision making skills. Strong understanding of account P&L. Knowledge and ability to use basic software programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Cognos and Syndicated data. Understanding of basics relative to production and quality control, understanding of commodity markets and personnel management and leadership. Knowledge of perishable supply chain logistics, integrated account management and basic qualitative and quantitative consumer needs analysis.

What you would be doing: A customer facing position that builds and maintains positive relationships with growers that result in developing new business potential while focusing on retention of current business, this will be done by frequent sales calls to develop relationships, learn customer needs and offer the correct solutions in a timely manner.
Qualifications: Associates Degree in Agronomy or Crop Sciences required. Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy or Crop Sciences preferred. Certified Professional Agronomist desired. Certified Crop Advisor desired. Commercial Pesticide Applicator License desired. Minimum 2-5 years in Agronomy sales required. Knowledgeable and pro-active in Precision Ag processes, systems and technologies. Keep current on industry safety regulations and company policies as specified in the employee handbook, and abide by the same.

Pay will be based on experience.

What you would be doing: In this position you will be discussing grain marketing options with producers, preforming market research, and providing accounting with contracted grain information. You will also provide customer support and following and enforcing procedures outlined in the Food Safety Plan and the Food Quality Plan.
Qualifications: 3 years’ experience in agriculture related field. Sales experience in agriculture related field. Knowledge and understanding of key economic drivers of a successful grain business. Ability to read, understand and effectively communicate information through writing and speaking so others will understand. Excellent public relation skills and phone etiquette.
