Farm Equipment Operator for Jokisch Farms

What you would be doing: In this role you will be performing a variety of tasks from operating farm equipment to performing light equipment maintenance to maintaining grounds and performing other general farm labor.

Qualifications: Prior farming/agriculture experience strongly preferred not required. Experience in operating heavy equipment and/or mechanical experience in either agriculture, construction, military or relatable field. CDL preferred, not required.  Must be willing to obtain. Proven ability to be proactive in completing work and being a problem-solver. Ability to work extended hours and weekends especially during peak season.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in Business Management/Sales or a minimum of 10 years of Business Management/Sales experience. 10-15 years sales management experience. Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, decision making skills. Strong understanding of account P&L. Knowledge and ability to use basic software programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Cognos and Syndicated data. Understanding of basics relative to production and quality control, understanding of commodity markets and personnel management and leadership. Knowledge of perishable supply chain logistics, integrated account management and basic qualitative and quantitative consumer needs analysis.

Agronomy Sales Representative for Agfinity

Certified Crop Advisor desired. Commercial Pesticide Applicator License desired. Minimum 2-5 years in Agronomy sales required. Knowledgeable and pro-active in Precision Ag processes, systems and technologies. Keep current on industry safety regulations and company policies as specified in the employee handbook, and abide by the same.

Grain Specialist – Entry Level for Centerra Co-op
