What you would be doing: The Farm Mechanic supports the Equipment Manager and Farm Manager in sustaining productive and economic farm operations by performing standard and advanced diagnostics, repair and maintenance on all farm equipment including but not limited to tractors, implements, engines and facilities.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must possess the physical body dexterity and coordination to bend, squat, twist, and crouch to achieve angle and positions required to perform various repairs. Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with the operation and repair of both gasoline and diesel engines. Demonstrated knowledge of and experience working with hydraulic operation and repairs as related to pumps, controls, and transmission components. Demonstrated knowledge of and experience working with electricity and components as it is related to equipment or machinery. Demonstrated knowledge of and/or the ability to learn about occupational hazards and safety precautions.

What you would be doing: Entry level advisors will learn all aspects of the sales function including telephone skills, branding tools, market analysis and sales strategy in a commodity driven environment. Most advisors will think about our position as a hybrid between a stock broker, accountant and salesperson.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in agricultural business preferred but not required; Communications, business and other majors can also be successful. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above. Must enjoy working in an office environment, hours on the phone while learning markets while teaching the company strategy to U.S. farmers. Must be internally motivated and able to work independently • Work experience involving customer relations is a plus, but not required. Successful completion of the series 3 trading exam within 1 year of completing the training program.

What you would be doing: Responsible for ensuring that the Processing department meets company goals and standards on quality, yield, productivity, cost and safety. Qualifications: Must possess a B.S. or B.A. degree in Business Management or equivalent work force experience of five to ten (5-10) years in the food processing industry. Must demonstrate ability to communicate well verbally and in writing. Must exhibit good interpersonal and leadership skills. Must have strong statistical aptitude and mathematical background to perform calculations on yield, productivity, time cards, reports, etc. Must be able to evaluate supervisors fairly and objectively. Must be able to work well independently, exhibit strong internal drive to succeed.

What you would be doing: Oversees, coordinates and maintains facilities for all Agfinity retail sites. Technician is expected to be capable of performing repairs and periodic services to equipment in the following categories: Minor electrical, gasoline, plumbing, general mechanical the maintenance and cleaning of property.
Qualifications: HS Diploma or GED required. Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a facility maintenance field required. Prior light mechanical experience required. Knowledge of tools, supplies and parts in a retail/industrial setting. Strong verbal and written communication skills & requires ability to communicate with all levels of staff and outside vendors. Must have organizational skills, specifically the ability to prioritize projects, work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications: Are an entrepreneurial, dynamic, and highly-ethical leader with general management, salesforce management, channel management, marketing, and business development experience. Have a proven record of accomplishment in strategic planning, profit and loss management, product development and market development. Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree; preferred master’s degree. Are comfortable and willing to travel up to 50% of the time to visit with customers and to manufacturing facilities. Have experience or strong exposure to the agriculture industry along with manufacturing/production– preferred.
