We provide a range of services in bulk commodity logistics. What you would be doing: As a Food Safety (Grain) & Quality Control Specialist, you will help with the development and implementation of our new program.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Food Science or related field and 2+ years’ experience in the food industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and understanding of quality assurance principles, feed mill processing, SPC, and statistics; preferred. Minimum of 5 years of agriculture, farming, and grain experience. Minimum of 2 years of food safety (grain) experience including some knowledge of USDA, FSIS, HACCP, GFSI, FSMA, Non-GMO Certification, Organic Certification and SSOP requirements. USDA/HACCP experience preferred. SQF certification preferred.

What you would be doing: We are currently looking for a Farm Equipment Operator to be located in Hornersville, MO. This position offers a wide variety of responsibilities where you will be working closely with a team to achieve production objectives. Your role will change by the season from operating equipment, performing maintenance and repairs, assisting with hauling rice, etc. We also help our employees grow their career and provide opportunities for learning and advancement.
Qualifications: Passionate about the agriculture industry or have relatable skills and looking to get into farming. Excited by variety in your daily work. Enjoy working outdoors and are comfortable with the longer hours especially during planting and harvest. Possess heavy equipment knowledge and have mechanical skills. Valid driver’s license.
A little about the business: Welcome to Teeter Irrigation headquartered in Ulysses, KS! We have over 40 years of expertise in the irrigation business. Through our humble beginnings out of a garage to our growth to nine locations today, our passion for agriculture and serving our customers has remained steadfast. Our focus at Teeter is to make every drop of water count. We’re a diversified organization; we sell and service Valley Irrigation pivots as well as provide parts for irrigation. We also provide underground installation as well as pivot insurance.
What you would be doing: As the Inventory & Purchasing Manager you will be responsible for approval of all inventory for the company including procurement of parts, tools and equipment as well as price negotiation, delivery and credit terms for all locations. You will build relationships with vendors, evaluate agreements and determine the most cost-effective inventory and reorder levels. You will develop processes and practices to manage accurate inventory. Partner with each location to ensure systems and practices are being utilized consistently.
Qualifications: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, agri-business or relatable field; OR equivalent work experience. CPIM certification is a plus, not required. Prior experience in inventory control management, supply chain, distribution, procurement, warehouse management or relatable field. Prior experience in data analysis and forecasting. Prefer structure and are extremely detail oriented by nature.
A little about the business: Willowsford Conservancy is an integral part of the developing Willowsford community, located in Aldie and Ashburn, Virginia. A non-profit established in 2011, the Conservancy is the steward of 2,000 acres of open space. Its mission is “… the viable, long-term use of the land, integrating farming, recreation, conservation and education to enhance the quality of life for the residents of Willowsford and the greater community.”
What you would be doing: Willowsford Conservancy is seeking a full-time, year-round Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and long-term development of Willowsford Farm, a sustainably-managed farm in northern Virginia that grows and sells fresh produce, eggs and value-added products directly to residents of Willowsford and surrounding communities.
Qualifications: BS or MS degree in Agronomy, Production Ag or related degree required, preferably with emphasis in organic or sustainable agriculture. At least 5 years of hands-on and management experience in organic vegetable production with knowledge of a wide range of crops and growing practices. Must include experience with farm business management, facility management, employee supervision, CSA, and marketing.

Investigate and resolve documentation, calculation and commodity problems by communicating with the correct client contacts.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Associates degree or equivalent work experience will be considered.
