What you would be doing: As an Applicator at Central Valley Ag, you will be responsible for the application of agronomy products and to perform needed maintenance.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required. One to three months’ related experience and/or training or equivalent, combination of education and experience preferred. General mechanical ability required. Integrity and good judgment skills required. Excellent customer service skills required. Must be a quick learner and have the ability to multi-task.

What you would be doing: Leads execution of sales and marketing plans and strategies for an assigned product/business segment, geography, or national accounts for the Grain Group located in Clymers, IN.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred. 7-10 years’ relevant experience required.

What you would be doing: We’re hiring a full-time, year-round Field Operations Lead to our team focusing on our tomato crop operation. Focus on maximizing efficiency and utilization of people, equipment and resources. You work closely with the Farm Operations Manager to lead crop planting, irrigation and harvest of tomatoes also leading 10-20 people during peak season. During the winter you will focus on specialty projects in the shop. This is a hands-on role where you will be jumping in to work on equipment while coordinating what’s going on in the field.
Qualifications: Hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required ideally in diesel tech, mechanical engineering, agriculture, crop and soil science or relatable field. Have proven experience in leading a team and have the knowledge and ability to assist with equipment repairs (this is not a full-time mechanic role, however, on the farm in this role you will need to be able to jump in on basic repairs). Experience in either production farming, engineering, military, agribusiness or construction. Ability to work heavy peak hours; 6 weeks during planting season and 10 weeks during harvest.

What you would be doing: The primary role of the Irrigation Technician is to maintain and repair existing irrigation and the installation of new irrigation. Irrigation Technician is to manage, direct and exceed assigned field jobs and provide support to Crew Leaders and Production Managers, while maintaining the highest efficiency, safety and production standards.
Qualifications: The Irrigation Technician must have at least two years of experience related to irrigation systems and have a valid Class “C” California Driver’s License with good driving record as required by our insurance company standards. Also have the ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines and possess technical knowledge of commercial and landscape maintenance practices. The Irrigation Technician will also have the ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish.

Qualifications: 3 or more years maintenance experience in a continuous operating (24/7) manufacturing environment. Strong electrical and mechanical technical knowledge. Experience working with a CMMS. At least 5 years Industrial Electrical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be willing to work a rotating shift. Allen Bradley PLC and Wonderware experience is a plus. Must have proven experience and ability in mechanical, electrical and electronic maintenance troubleshooting techniques.
