What you would be doing: Coordinate and supervise salad manufacturing facility Quality Assurance and laboratory functions. May require support for QA teams at external cooler facilities depending on location. This position will relocate to Yuma, AZ from November to April for the growing season, or will travel to this location for one week of each month for this time period.
Qualifications: 1-3 years of supervision experience, preferably in a processing or quality environment. Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Post-harvest Physiology related field or equivalent experience

Working knowledge of Software systems or Experience with ERPs (preferably MS Navision), Advanced Excel and Database skills (SQL, MS Access, JET reporting or other), exposure to Business Intelligence Tools.

What you would be doing: Irrigation Product Application Specialist will be responsible for the support of new product releases and also be a technical resource for product application for our Dealer Network. Although you will mainly be working from headquarters interacting internally with Sales, Engineering and Product Management and answering Dealer questions via phone/email you will also travel occasionally onsite to test products.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree; preferably in Engineering, Business, Agricultural Mechanization and Business, Agriculture Irrigation, Mechanized Agriculture or Agribusiness. Three years of relevant work experience required; preferred experience working with RTK GPS equipment (single & multi-frequency). The ability to travel globally occasionally. The ability to resolve complex problems and large challenges. The ability to establish and cultivate excellent working relationships with the engineering, service, operations and product management teams.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, agronomy, plant nutrition or other life sciences is a plus. Possess or willing to obtain a Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) license. 2-3 years of field experience in plant nutrition, soil science or other agricultural related science – technical understanding of plant nutrition is essential. Experience in contract negotiation and demonstrated success in an agricultural product sales role.
