What you would be doing: The Farm/Nursery Manager will work under the direction of the VP of Operations manage all aspects of the nursery. This includes but is not limited to all farm activities required to successfully and efficiently produce container and field nursery stock, such as labor management, mechanization.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agronomy or related field from an accredited institution. Prior experience in crop production and agricultural field work. Experience managing and training employees. Knowledge and experience operating farm equipment, irrigation systems and chemical application. Private Pesticide Applicator License OR PCA license. Bi-Lingual: English and Spanish. Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly.

What you would be doing: The primary role of the Irrigation Technician is to maintain and repair existing irrigation and the installation of new irrigation. Irrigation Technician is to manage, direct and exceed assigned field jobs and provide support to Crew Leaders and Production Managers, while maintaining the highest efficiency, safety and production standards.
Qualifications: The Irrigation Technician must have at least two years of experience related to irrigation systems and have a valid Class “C” California Driver’s License with good driving record as required by our insurance company standards. Also have the ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines and possess technical knowledge of commercial and landscape maintenance practices. The Irrigation Technician will also have the ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish.

Qualifications: Master’s and/or PhD with 2+ years’ experience in Agricultural Science or related field. Demonstrated success in managing agronomic research programs. Strong record of innovation and applying new technology. Knowledge of plant physiology and field management practices. Advanced IT and data analysis skills. Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

What you would be doing: The Technical Support Coordinator will provide support for Dealer Support Services and will assist dealers experiencing system issues. This position will also assist dealers with installation and system configuration. The Technical Support Coordinator is an advocate for dealer needs; therefore, must be able to interpret and effectively communicate dealer needs with other departments.
Qualifications: 1-2 years with over-the-phone customer service. Exposure to performing computer software installation and support. Bachelor’s degree required; preferred degree in business administration or agriculture.
