What you would be doing: Competence in providing accurate feeding and management recommendations to livestock owners in the market served. On farm interaction, in all-weather types at producer facilities for a walk through, and evaluations. Increase our market share of feed and related products in assigned territory. Establish monthly sales goals, yearly sales goals, and gross margin goals for yourself and a marketing plan that is designed to meet the goals and objectives of your manager and personal goals set by your manager.

What you would be doing: You will be working closely with the Farm Manager on leading and executing operations. You will be a hands-on leader directly working with a team of 8-10 employees. Our Assistant Managers are in training to become Farm Managers as we continue to expand our operations.
Qualifications: Agriculture, horticulture, crop and soil science, plant pathology related degree or equivalent experience. Must be able to physically work in an industrial/farming environment. Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record at all times. Be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must have mechanical ability to maintain equipment. Must be able to work extended hours during harvest season.

What you would be doing: Direct HR initiatives in the areas of training, workforce planning, and employee relations as well as being an interface for Compensation and Benefits. Ensuring safety in the workplace. Provide support for senior leadership from a corporate perspective as well as with day to day functions. Prepares personnel forecast to project employment needs.
Qualifications: Bring at least 8-10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years of HR leadership experience. High level of familiarity with progressive techniques and concepts in the areas of Organizational Planning, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Management Development, Human Capital and Strategic Planning. Possession of at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. SPHR preferred. Proven ability to exercise business acumen partnered with attention to the human capital element of an organization.

What you would be doing: This position is responsible for maintaining a smooth and accurate flow of trailers to the docks while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to JBS policies and procedures. Operate shag tractor-trailer combination in a confined space. Spot trailers in and out of loading docks in a safe and timely manner. Sweep/clean interior of trailers. Monitor and conduct product protection. Monitor temperature on trailer units. Perform tractor pre-checks.
Qualifications: Truck driving experience preferred. Valid driver’s license. Good attendance and safety record. Good communication skills. Self-motivated and have ability to work independently. Willing to fill-in on opposite shift if needed. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be willing and able to become shag-tractor qualified
