What you would be doing: The Market Research Manager partners with brand and agency teams to drive major strategic marketing, communication and new product decisions through consumer insights, including both strategic initiatives, and tactical initiatives. Travel for in-field market research, when necessary 10-15% approximately.
Qualifications: 6-8 years of experience in consumer and market research. Master’s in market research, MBA, or relevant graduate degree from a leading program is a plus, but not required. Strong project management skills. Experience in leading and executing research projects, both qualitative and quantitative. Experience in data manipulation in Q or SPSS strongly preferred. Comfort with point of sale data tools like IRI and Nielsen a plus.
A little about the business: Knutson Irrigation, based in Yukon, OK (just outside of Oklahoma City), is a Valley Irrigation performance plus dealer providing sales, service, parts and installation of center pivots to our farm customers.
What you would be doing: This individual will provide quality customer service while utilizing mechanical abilities to service, repair, recondition, and assemble customer’s new or used irrigation or Ag equipment in the field.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate has a mechanical background with knowledge in electrical components either in center pivot irrigation systems, heavy equipment, agriculture equipment, construction or military. 2-3 years’ experience in maintenance and repair of electrical or mechanical systems. Ability to work year-round overtime and in the outdoors. Ability to communicate clearly with our customers in agriculture, management, and other employees. Willingness to travel within the territory.
A little about the business: Willoway Nurseries, Inc. is one of the largest wholesale growers of quality nursery stock in the Midwest and ranked 4th in Nursery Management Magazine’s Top 50 Nurseries.
What you would be doing: You will lead all aspects of growing quality an ornamental shrub (80%) and perennial (20%) operation on approximately 100 acres. If you are highly analytical and have an appetite for learning and extending your knowledge base to kindle crop health and agricultural innovations, this role is for you.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in horticulture or related field preferred. Five years’ industry experience. Comprehensive knowledge on production of quality perennials and shrubs. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Pesticide applicator’s license (can be obtained once hired).
A little about the business: Centerra Co-op serves over seven counties in north central Ohio, based in Ashland, OH. We are a full-service co-op providing agronomic services, fuel, feed, grain, wild bird feed and more to our farming community.
What you would be doing: Pickup and deliver fuel products, including liquid fuel, oil, grease and other energy products offer by the Cooperative to our customers.
Qualifications: This position requires a Class B CDL and HazMat endorsement. Candidate must be detail oriented, focus on safety and outstanding customer satisfaction. High School Graduate or equivalent. Prefer to have 3+ years’ experience as a professional truck driver, experience in delivering fuel a plus. Excellent driving record, communication skills, priority setting, time management, and strong attention to detail a must.

Excellent verbal and listening skills, problem solving skills, strong attention to detail skills, and strong ability to follow-up and track customers and payments. The applicant should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator, both paper and over the phone, as he/she will frequently deal with customers. Pay will be based on experience.
