What you would be doing: Supervises and directs work involving direction of the activities of grounds keeping employees and participating in moderately heavy manual work. Supervises ten or more employees. Work is performed outdoors with exposure to hazardous equipment.
Qualifications: Completion of high school or the equivalent, preferably including courses in Spanish. 3 years experience in grounds maintenance, including experience in equipment operation and gardening techniques. Preferred Qualifications Class A Commercial Driver’s License and Irrigation Technician License.
A little about the business: Woodsbrook Farms is a family-owned diversified crop and dairy operation with a 400-acre farm situated on 3 locations in Goshen and Bristol, Indiana. They currently milk 75 head and have fluctuated from 70-110. In total, they have about 350 heads including dry cows and young stock. They also co-manage a 40 head cow/calf operation with Rock Run Ranch.
What you would be doing: Focus on assisting in the day-to-day operations of the farm and dairy. You will care for our herd, and assist in hay and crop production.
Qualifications: Dairy, livestock, agriculture, farming experience/background preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Bilingual Spanish/English a plus, not required. Basic ability with Microsoft Office and Google Docs is desired. Hard working, intelligent and loyal.
A little about the business: Ag Dryer Services, Inc. located in Elm Creek Nebraska was established in 1989 with crews specializing in grain dryer preseason service contracts, installation, construction, electrical work, and trouble shooting. We offer repairs on grain dryers damaged by wind, fire, and corrosion along with offering motor, fan, and burner replacement. We have equipment for installation of new and used grain dryers. We specialize in updating and replacing electrical systems, including the design and installation of Computer Based Systems. (PLC) Moisture control systems by Dryermaster are also available. In the summer of 1999 we began manufacturing a line of galvanized seed tenders designed to safely facilitate the handling of bulk seed and pro boxes in the field.
What you would be doing: You will be traveling seasonally throughout the Corn Belt overseeing 1-2 full-time technicians while servicing grain dryers at commercial grain elevators and farm facilities. Enjoy the variety of work from repairing electric motors to troubleshooting temperature control systems and control panels. Enjoy being out in the elements and in farm fields working on equipment throughout the year.
Qualifications: Experience with maintenance and repair of electrical and/or mechanical systems. Knowledge of PLC and motor controls; preferred grain flow and conveying. Ability to work year-round (approximately 50 hours per week), work outdoors in the elements. An interest in agriculture and working with our farming community. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Willingness to travel within the territory.

What you would be doing: Assist in employee and operations management that includes crop (corn, soy beans, alfalfa), swine, trucking and partnering dairy operations. The successful candidate will fulfill a critical role in operations including leadership for employees, supporting the ownership team and working closely with all divisions.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role in addition to knowledge in agricultural, farming, grain, manufacturing or other similar business or industry. Strong skills in leadership, management, organization, communications. Availability during peak seasonal cycles to meet deadlines is a must (weather dependent). Physical ability to operate, lift and move heavy equipment and livestock required.

What you would be doing: This role will focus both on new product roll-out as well as working with our Dealers on product application; both product issues and assisting the dealer to select the best product that fits their grower’s needs. Your job will be tailored to your experience; i.e. stronger engineering backgrounds will work more closely with engineering and new product roll-out versus deeper experience in technical sales will focus more being a technical resource for our Dealer Network.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree; preferably in Engineering, Business, Agricultural Mechanization and Business, Agriculture Irrigation, Mechanized Agriculture or Agribusiness. 3 years of relevant work experience required; preferred experience working with RTK GPS equipment (single & multi-frequency). The ability to travel globally occasionally. The ability to resolve complex problems and large challenges. Strategic thinking ability with tactical and detailed execution.
