What you would be doing: You will work closely with your customers to deliver grower specific cropping plans focused on reducing costs, increasing yields and raising profits. You will be in an outside sales role in a territory that includes both established accounts and a large pool of potential accounts. Your territory covers east of Indianapolis to include Muncie, New Castle, and heading west into Ohio.
Qualifications: You have basic farming knowledge and a passion for agriculture. You have prior success in relationship sales with a longer sales cycle either in ag sales, agronomy, precision ag, agricultural equipment or relatable experience. You have a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop and Soil Science, Agribusiness Management or related field. You are a self-starter that is able to develop daily and weekly goals with little direction

What you would be doing: The Crop Insurance Adjuster is responsible for completing field inspections, reading maps and aerial photos, measuring fields, storage bins and assessing damage or loss. This position may travel two (2) weeks at a time and may include travel to areas outside the assigned territory, state, or region. Up to 75% travel
Qualifications: Current Claim Adjuster Proficiency Program (CAPP) certification and any applicable license required by State agencies. High school diploma. Previous experience in the crop insurance industry. Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail. Proficient in basic computer and internet applications. Demonstrated ability to work from home.

What you would be doing: You will lead pest management and agronomic activities for potato operations in Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and Nebraska. You will be traveling to the farms to provide your expertise to ensure ideal plant health, yielding the highest quality potatoes in the industry. In this role you will be expected to monitor and control insect pests while creating a thorough agronomic plan. If you excel in problem solving, have confidence in decision making, and enjoy hands-on work with plants, this position is for you.
Qualifications: Experience in potato or crop production. Experience in Integrated Pest Management. Degree in Agronomy, Crop and Soil Science, Plant Pathology or related field. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Willingness to travel.

What you would be doing: The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for communicating and telling stories through the use of promotional video and photography, video and audio editing, graphic design, animation, scriptwriting and other forms of interactive media. The Multimedia Specialist is a creative problem solver who will be responsible for leading the videography and photography content strategy and asset management for multiple brands. The Multimedia Specialist leads cross-functional projects, managing budget and project teams when appropriate, and acts as an expert resource for brand, creative and project management needs.
Qualifications: Requires working knowledge of all tools and technology related to photography, video production and editing. Bachelor’s degree in communications, video production, editing, visual arts or related field. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent project management skills. Experience with DLSR camera and related photo/video equipment. Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing video content. Minimum of 3 years’ experience producing and editing videos and creating basic motion graphics. Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Expert knowledge of video software (After Effects, Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Must be able to handle multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.

What you would be doing: We have openings for experienced OTR Truck Drivers delivering our premium table stock potatoes within an approximate 900-mile radius. The position offers excellent pay; includes health insurance, IRA retirement with matching 3% of wages, and paid vacation.
Qualifications: A CDL and 2 years of truck driving experience. Have a medical card and an excellent driving record. Take pride in doing a great job. Enjoy working in an organized and progressive operation.
