A little about the business: McKillip Seeds sold their first hybrid corn in 1935 and have since expanded their business to include our farming operation of grain and tomatoes. What you would be doing: You will work closely with your customers to deliver grower specific cropping plans focused on reducing costs, increasing yields and raising profits. You will be in an outside sales role in a territory that includes both established accounts and a large pool of potential accounts. Your territory covers east of Indianapolis to include Muncie, New Castle, and heading west into Ohio.

Qualifications: ​You have basic farming knowledge and a passion for agriculture. You have prior success in relationship sales with a longer sales cycle either in ag sales, agronomy, precision ag, agricultural equipment or relatable experience. You have a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop and Soil Science, Agribusiness Management or related field. You are a self-starter that is able to develop daily and weekly goals with little direction

Crop Insurance Adjuster for Pro Ag Management, Inc.

Qualifications: Current Claim Adjuster Proficiency Program (CAPP) certification and any applicable license required by State agencies. High school diploma. Previous experience in the crop insurance industry. Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail. Proficient in basic computer and internet applications. Demonstrated ability to work from home.

What you would be doing: The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for communicating and telling stories through the use of promotional video and photography, video and audio editing, graphic design, animation, scriptwriting and other forms of interactive media. The Multimedia Specialist is a creative problem solver who will be responsible for leading the videography and photography content strategy and asset management for multiple brands. Qualifications:  Requires working knowledge of all tools and technology related to photography, video production and editing. Bachelor’s degree in communications, video production, editing, visual arts or related field. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent project management skills. Experience with DLSR camera and related photo/video equipment. Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing video content. Minimum of 3 years’ experience producing and editing videos and creating basic motion graphics. Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Expert knowledge of video software (After Effects, Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Must be able to handle multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
