What you would be doing: The Sales Vice President is responsible for building and coaching a team of Regional Sales Managers to develop and execute a sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications: ​Ag and technology literate, 7-10 years of sales management experience, preferably in rural, SMB markets. Successful track record of developing teams and processes in emerging ag or technology markets. Must be comfortable selling your expertise and intangibles to new prospects in a developing market. Ability to travel to customer sites up to 70% of the time.

Technical Support Engineer – Egg Packaging

A little about the business: One of the world’s largest manufacturers and distributors of foodservice and food packaging products. Currently producing custom and stock foam, plastic, aluminum, pressed-paperboard, PE coated board, and molded-fiber packaging. They supply packers, processors, supermarkets, restaurants, institutions and foodservice industries around the world. 

What you would be doing: Serve as the technical expert for all egg packaging (RPET, Fiber, Foam) including but not limited to extrusion, thermoforming, including oven, labeling, stacking, denesting, molds & mold design, etc. Works closely with customers and suppliers (materials and Original Equipment Manufacturer) to understand, meet and improve their operational needs.

Qualifications: BS in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or equivalent work experience. 4+ years of applicable experience. Must have experience with egg packaging equipment. Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Breeder Farm Manager for Cooper Farms

A little about the business: Cooper Farms is a diverse, vertically integrated company consisting of two divisions involving four locations. The Live Animal Division is responsible for overseeing the care of our animals while they mature, and for manufacturing the feed that keeps our animals healthy and strong. Qualifications: A 2 or 4-year degree in agricultural business or poultry science with an emphasis in production preferred. Experience in personnel management preferred.

All candidates must be geographically flexible and willing to relocate for an internship opportunity anywhere in the U.S. Able to complete a 6 months internship in the summer (Late March- Mid September 2018). A valid US driver’s license and clean driving record.

Farm – Ranch Assistant for Jeff Bartlett Inc
