What you would be doing: Accountable for profitable sales and market share growth of FS supported seed brands, forage seed and seed care products. Provides seed sales/marketing leadership and support with assigned members.
Qualifications: Normally requires a BS degree in Ag Business or Agronomy, or the equivalent thereof, and 3 years or more of Ag sales related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of seed and crop protection sales. Must have passed the CCA and CCS (or CCS proficiency) exams.

What you would be doing: The Wine Guide is responsible for all daily activities and requirements related to Tasting Room operation. Wine Guides are required to complete the JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery education program. Tasting room activities include but are not limited to: excellent customer service, general stocking and cleaning, tours, weekend lounge execution, outreach, and cooperation with all departments.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Two (2) years retail sales preferred. Proven success working with others. Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to people at all levels. Must possess a passion for wine and the wine industry.
A little about the business: Central Valley Ag (CVA) is a member-owned farmers’ cooperative located in central and northeastern Nebraska. Established in 2003, CVA has 365 employees across our trade area that provide agronomy, grain, and feed services to over 10,000 farmers and ranchers. Advanced Cropping Systems and ProEdge Marketing are innovative programs available for producers to work with experts who can aide in GPS, Grid Sampling, and Risk Management. Full-service feed milling and delivery from an HACCP approved feed mill, gives us the ability to provide feed products that fit your individual needs.
What you would be doing: As an Administrative Assistant for CVA you will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to the York administrative office.
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited related program. Relevant experience may be substituted for education. Minimum of three (3) years of administrative and/or data entry experience. Demonstrated experience providing detailed and accurate information to a business unit. Agricultural background desirable. Ability to read and interpret documents as required. Must have the ability to develop content for customer/patron and prospect correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. Above average knowledge in Excel software.

What you would be doing: Working with the Cady construction crew is a traveling position, covering the states of Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Missouri, Indiana and Michigan. Job sites vary from project to project as Cady provides tanks to the Agricultural, Industrial and Municipal markets.
Qualifications: Construction experience is preferred, but not mandatory. This crew position does require physical labor at project sites. Operation of small hand tools is required. Mandatory requirements include a valid driver’s license, negative drug screen and the ability to perform work at ground level and elevated heights.

What you would be doing: You will enjoy a variety of work from operating equipment, maintaining equipment, grain handling as well as other farm tasks. You will be at times during peak season leading a small team while working side-by-side operating equipment. This role has potential to advance to an Operations Manager position. We’re willing to invest in training the right individual and our ideal hire for this role will have the ability to grow in their responsibilities.
Qualifications: Experience in production agriculture is preferred but not necessary. We’re willing to work with individuals that have prior heavy equipment operation/mechanic experience in relatable fields such as military, construction and agri-businesses. A valid driver’s license, and a good driving record. Must be able to pass a drug test.
