Located in Stoughton, WI, Genes Diffusion, USA is focused on boar stud management, consulting, and quality control.  They take pride in producing high-quality fresh boar semen from top genetics at their 330-head facility as well as assisting other boar studs with laboratory feedback, consulting, and training.

What you would be doing:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and problem-solving in a professional and effective fashion.
  • Assist in maintaining and implementing Genes Diffusion production standards across the Genes Diffusion, USA system.
  • Responsible for the Management of the crew: hire, train, daily schedule management
  • Ensure that the overall procedures are applied to Herd Health, Animal Welfare, Hygiene, Biosecurity, Traceability, production processes.


  • 2 or 4-year degree within an agriculturally based major, which could include animal science, dairy science, or agricultural technology
  • Experience with commercial animal husbandry including swine or dairy, which could include roles such as milker, milk hand, herdsman, herd manager, dairy manager, parlor manager, parlor hand or barn technician
    • Swine experience is not required. Dairy experience prepares you well for this role.

  • College degree preferred, with coursework in Agribusiness, finance, or related field.
  • Agricultural equipment sales experience or equivalent experience
  • Highly self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills and communication skills required.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to use a standard desktop or laptop computer and related programs, Microsoft Office platform, plus the ability to effectively research and navigate the internet.

  • Affinity for and/or experience with agriculture, property management, or commercial contracting industries.
  • General working knowledge of machinery operation, such as tractors, ATVs, UTVs, and skid loaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a people-oriented field
  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience in customer service/support
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience managing others
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing
