Regional Agronomy Sales Manager for Stine Seed

A little about the business:  Stine Seed Company is the country’s largest privately-owned seed company, specializing in soybean and corn genetics, headquartered in Adel, Iowa. What you would be doing:

  • Learn and understand day-to-day needs and issues of assigned ISRs through regular communication and by spending a minimum of 3 days a month in the territory with the ISR.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services applicable to the assigned territory
  • Assist ISRs in the development and management of key prospect lists, new dealers, direct grower recruitment, and monitor their progress toward stated goals.


  • Three or more years of sales experience in agronomy, crop health and/or seed
  • Prior success leading a sales team 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and an ability to coach
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work with multiple team members to meet established goals

Farm Equipment Operator for J & K Grain Farms

A little about the business: J & K Grain Farms is a family owned, progressive farming operation growing corn, soybeans, and sugar beets in Mooreton, ND. They are located about 45 miles south of Fargo, ND. They run modern equipment and pride ourselves on having a great team environment.

What you would be doing: 

  • Operating farm equipment including sugar beet equipment, tractors, combines, trucks and more.
  • Assisting with light equipment maintenance in the shop and in field.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization and appearance of the farm, machinery and land.
  • Other farm duties as necessary.


  • Prior experience operating heavy equipment in Farming, Agriculture or relatable fields such as military, construction, etc.
  • Mechanical ability or strong willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work well with a team, good problem-solving skills, and reputation for being punctual.
  • Enjoy working outdoors and are comfortable with the longer hours required during peak seasons.
  • A CDL is a plus but not required.

What you would be doing:

  • Customer service orientation and ability to successfully deal with questions and resolve issues
  • Good time management skills; ability to meet critical deadlines

Operations Technician for CHS

  • Operate and configure equipment and components for normal, abnormal, and by-pass flows.
  • Apply lockouts / tagouts to valving and equipment, coordinate electrical lockouts with the Shift Supervisor.
  • Optimize throughput from prep to final product.
  • Conduct routine maintenance activities including lubrication, coupling replacement, and valve replacement as well as cleaning of the plant area and plant assets including tank internals as needed.
  • Coordinate with and support operations (prep, utilities and refinery), maintenance and the Shift Supervisor.


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Able to wear required protective equipment including respirators and hearing protection.
  • Able to spend long periods of time being on your feet including walking, standing and climbing steps and ladders.
  • Able to use both automated and manual tools and equipment.
  • Able to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs.
