What you would be doing: 

  • Develop software for our Sales and Production teams
  • Produce high quality, object-oriented software using domain-driven methodologies
  • Develop our full development stack
  • Understand how to model solutions within the constraints of design patterns, an established architecture, coding standards, and SOLID/other engineering principles
  • Responsible for all aspects of development including interacting with the business to understand requirements


  • 4+ years of professional software development experience
  • Professional Angular 2+ experience
  • Highly proficient in C# and .NET Core
  • Solid experience with T-SQL and SQL Server
  • Successful large Scrum project experience
  • Faster learner
  • Passion for technology balanced with pragmatism
  • S. in Computer Science or equivalent education

Territory Sales Manager for Worm Power

A little about the business: Welcome to Worm Power—North America’s largest controlled environment vermicompost company. We developed a proprietary method to produce organic, liquid worm castings that promote root establishment and nutrient availability – resulting in healthier, higher yielding plants in soil, soil-less media and hydroponic growth methods. Our product has proven success in a wide range of crops including turf, produce, and cannabis.

What you would be doing: 

  • Leverage current cannabis grower relationships to close new business for Worm Power products.
  • Achieve weekly & monthly prospect activity levels set forth by the company to develop a pipeline of business equivalent to 4-5 times annual quota ensuring the attainment of annual sales goal.
  • Conduct high impact capability meetings with potential customers that highlight Worm Power’s products’ agronomical features and benefits and unique differentiators to maximize first impression.
  • Focus on understanding the fit between customer needs and Worm Power’s capabilities. Create value propositions that meet customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships and communication throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Proactively research, qualify and cultivate new leads within target market and assigned geographic area for Worm Power’s products through pursuit of inbound leads, networking, referrals, self-generated opportunities, and travelling in person to prospect facilities.


  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience selling to outdoor, indoor and greenhouse cannabis growers in one of the following states: California, Oregon, Washington or Colorado.
  • Current relationships with cannabis growers in some or all of the identified geographic markets.
  • A solid understanding of the different grow protocols and terminology used within the cannabis growing industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with proper experience base and proven track record; a background or degree in plant science, botany, agronomy, horticulture, or experience in a grow facility would be a plus.
  • A demonstrated record of quota achievement.
  • Can succeed in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment with a drive to solve problems.
  • Desire to work in an environment that rewards results and loyalty and maintains high ethical standards.
  • Self-starter able to successfully operate with limited management supervision.
  • Demonstrated high sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Practice integrity, reliability and honesty in all business transactions.
  • Competent use and understanding of Microsoft Office software and CRM applications.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the agriculture or in the insurance field with an agriculture background.
  • Must acquire and maintain an insurance license for crop insurance sales and meet all State and Federal annual requirements.
  • 40-50% daytime travel within assigned territory.

Farm Mechanic for Moreland Farms

What you would be doing:

  • Perform maintenance throughout the year on all farm equipment, trucks and facilities
  • Conduct and track all routine preventative maintenance (PM) of equipment
  • Order necessary parts and equipment; economically source parts and equipment when purchasing
  • Maintain an organized work area and shop along with developing practices to improve shop organization
  • Assist in other areas in the farm depending on the season


  • 3+ years relatable mechanical experience working on either farm, construction, or relatable equipment
  • May be required to lift up to 70 pounds unassisted
  • Ability to work extended hours on feet
  • Ability to work extended hour and weekends during peak seasons.  Winter and non-peak season months, 40-45 hours per week.

  • Processing of daily location grain tickets
  • Entry of work orders on both feed and agronomy
  • Provide marketing assistance to grain customers


  • Displays a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments efficiently.
  • Ability to organize, deal with change effectively, and work on multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong people skills, good phone etiquette, follows directions, meets deadlines.
  • Requires static strength to occasionally lift, push, pull, or carry objects with a minimum weight of 50 pounds. Also flexibility to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs. Also trunk strength and ability to use abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time. Some tasks involve repetitive motion.
  • Possible exposure to seasonal weather, outdoor conditions, and agriculture products.
  • Personal Protective Equipment may be required for some tasks.
