What you would be doing: 

  • Provide direction to on-site employees and assign work/batch details and follow up to ensure work is completed and orders filled in a timely manner. Look for means of improving efficiencies and quality.
  • Manage daily performance of employees while working closely with the Owner on larger performance management/terminations.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are followed for safety, DOT compliance, FDA, etc.
  • Manage inventory control of all ingredients, vitamins and minerals.
  • Maintain mill cleanliness, appearance and ground maintenance
  • Attain a thorough understanding of all automation & mechanical equipment and manufacturing processes.

Electrician for CHS, Inc.

What you would be doing: 

  • Maintain all electrical equipment in reliable working condition as directed by the Department Manager or as needed and requested by other department managers.
  • Removal and replacement of electrical equipment and systems including documentation of work performed and drawings of electrical system modifications.
  • Work with all test instruments normally used in the electrical trade.
  • Install electrical equipment, conduit systems, and wiring according to the National Electrical Code.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic equipment and wiring systems from 0-15KV.
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair voice and data communication networks and fire alarm systems.


  • Current MN Class ‘A’ Journeyman license
  • Ability to distinguish between colors ranging from red to violet
  • Ability to spend considerable periods on feet including walking, standing, climbing steps, and climbing ladders
  • Ability to lift, use tools, shovel, and sweep.
  • Ability to push, pull, and physically lift 50 lbs. from the floor, to the waist, and above the head. Incumbent may be required to work while squatting, kneeling, or crawling.
  • Ability to work in noisy, dusty, and otherwise undesirable conditions.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights up to 120 ft.

What you would be doing: 

  • Develop and maintain a thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services applicable to the assigned territory 
  • Proactively seek new and profitable grower accounts to drive business growth; continually develop relationships within your community  
  • Understand and implement marketing initiatives while driving key products and services in key target markets   
  • Communicate and implement Stine’s sales programs and policies within the assigned territory in order to meet sales goals for the district  
  • Work in conjunction with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide a high level of sales support within the assigned territory 
  • Develop and enhance relationships with customers and potential customers, either personally or through a designated seller 


  • Three or more years of sales experience
  • Prior success in relationship sales with a longer sales cycle  
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques, as well as excellent negotiating skills and the ability to overcome obstacles.  
  • Self-starter who can develop daily and weekly goals with little direction  
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with growers by understanding their needs and values and achieve desired results
