What you would be doing: 

  • Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory 
  • Develop and maintain a thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services applicable to the assigned territory 
  • Understand and implement marketing initiatives while driving key products and services in key target markets   
  • Communicate and implement Stine’s sales programs and policies within the assigned territory in order to meet sales goals for the district  
  • Work in conjunction with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide a high level of sales support within the assigned territory 
  • Develop and enhance relationships with customers and potential customers, either personally or through a designated seller 


  • Three or more years of sales experience
  • Prior success in relationship sales with a longer sales cycle  
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques, as well as excellent negotiating skills and the ability to overcome obstacles.  
  • Self-starter who can develop daily and weekly goals with little direction  
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with growers by understanding their needs and values and achieve desired results

Center Pivot Electrical Service Technician for Quality Irrigation

Whether it’s a large multi-system pivot and irrigation pump project, an electrical conversion on a 30-year-old pivot, changing the pressure switch on a submersible pump, or packing a used center pivot to be delivered halfway around the world, Quality Irrigation is continually striving to meet and exceed customer expectations in all of our business dealings.

What you would be doing: 

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair irrigation systems and provide guidance to other technicians
  • Work directly with farm growers to understand problems and communicate steps taken to repair the issues
  • Work with installation crews on the erection of new equipment
  • Demonstrate to growers how to use the control panels and operate equipment; be an ongoing resource for the customer
  • Communicate to grower’s available products and services that would meet their farm’s needs
  • Maintain clear customer records


  • 4+ years’ experience in maintenance and repair of irrigation systems with strong electrical and mechanical skills and preferably welding experience
  • Ability to work year-round, work outdoors in the elements, walking fields of growing crops and lifting 75lbs
  • Ability to use service-related technology and basic computer functions
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and preferably a CDL
  • Willingness to travel within the territory

  • Perform and supervise ultrasounds, palpations, and other aspects of reproductive program
  • Meet or exceed goals regarding death loss, sickness and culling
  • Communicate with team to ensure proper procedures are followed (i.e. sick cow treatment, dry cow treatment, down cows, vaccination schedules)
  • Work closely and communicate openly with owners on continuous improvement to maximize productivity
  • Work with other managers, veterinarian, nutritionist, and agronomist to ensure herd health and profitability


  • Experience and understanding of a mid-size dairy operation
  • Basic mechanical and troubleshooting ability

  • You have some prior driving experience (trucks, semis, agriculture, construction, or military) and a clean DMV, Class A CDL with hazmat is a plus or willingness to obtain.
  • You enjoy being around farming and agriculture.
  • You are mechanically inclined and comfortable performing light maintenance.
  • You enjoy working independently while functioning as part of a team.
  • You are self-motivated, high paced, and willing to work the longer hours.
  • You are comfortable utilizing a smart phone / google maps to coordinate getting from field to field.
