What you would be doing: 

  • Leading or working on a crew of 3-4 employees on site doing landscape work, lawn care, tree trimming, snow removal and other spring/fall services.
  • Work closely with the management team to understand scope of work for each customer.
  • Maintain equipment and clean work area in and around vehicles.


  • Experience preferred but not required in landscape and lawn care.
  • Must work well in team environment
  • Ability to lift 50-80 lbs, be on your feet most of the day, and work in various weather conditions

Regional Agronomy Sales Manager for Stine Seed Company

What you would be doing: 

  • Learn and understand day-to-day needs and issues of assigned ISRs through regular communication and by spending a minimum of 3 days a month in the territory with the ISR.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services applicable to the assigned territory
  • Assist ISRs in the development and management of key prospect lists, new dealers, direct grower recruitment, and monitor their progress toward stated goals.
  • Organize and lead regional meetings
  • Assist with development, design, planting and harvest of Yield in the Field (YIF) plots.
  • Communicate and implement Stine’s sales programs and policies within the assigned territory in order to meet sales goals for the district


  • Three or more years of sales experience in agronomy, crop health and/or seed
  • Prior success leading a sales team 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and an ability to coach
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work with multiple team members to meet established goals

Field Service Technician for Michigan Valley Irrigation

What you would be doing: 

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and conduct mechanical and electrical repair on center pivot and corner arm irrigation systems using test equipment and tools to determine root cause.  Our equipment consists of gear boxes, electric motors, pumps, VFDs, and electrical control panels.
  • Adapt to new and evolving technology. Specifically, GPS guidance and positioning, telemetry control, and communications.
  • Work directly with farm growers in order to communicate repairs made, share available products and services to meet their needs and provide instruction on operating irrigation equipment and technology.
  • Work with installation crews on setup of new systems.
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, diagrams and operations manuals.
  • Complete service reports and maintain clear customer records.


  • Prior electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair
  • Prior farming and/or agriculture experience or strong understanding of the industry highly preferred.
  • The ability to work year-round with peak hours during Spring/Summer (2300-2600 hours per year), work outdoors, and lift up to 75 lbs.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record with the ability to obtain and maintain a class A CDL.
  • A desire to work on equipment and are known for being a quick learner.

Accounts Payable Coordinator for MKC

What you would be doing:

  • Responsible for taking telephone calls, ascertaining the nature of the call, screening and routing the calls in a prompt and professional manner which at times may include covering the front desk.
  • Responsible for verifying that all vendor invoices/payment requests have been approved per company policies and are paid in a timely manner according to the terms of the vendor.
  • Responsible for coordinating and scheduling accounts payable processes, including developing and maintaining appropriate checklists for monthly and yearly AP processes.
  • Reconcile accounts payable subsidiary to general ledger on a weekly basis.
  • Responsible for reconciling all significant vendor statements to the accounts payable subsidiary on a monthly basis.
  • Responsible for maintaining an approved vendor listing.


  • Proven management skills.
  • Current knowledge of applicable Great Plains software module pertaining to position responsibilities.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Must be accurate and detail oriented.
  • Computer and data entry skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to operate the copying and fax machines in the office.
  • Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
  • Ability to deal with emotional customers, vendors, and employees in person and by phone. Ability to resolve complaints.
  • Frequently lift or move 20 pounds and occasionally lift or move 50 pounds.
  • A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with a degree in accounting and 5 years of accounting experience or equivalent management experience in an accounting department.

  • Communicate and hold weekly scheduled meetings with agronomy department regarding various sales programs and operational logistics.

  • Develops best efficiency practices for our products, machines, and employees.
  • Works in conjunction with sales manager to plan and direct sales programs that fall within the Agtegra’s policies and mission statement.


  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • CDL, Applicator License, and CCA are beneficial
