What you would be doing: 

  • Assures safety compliance and attends safety related job trainings when they become available.
  • Performs billing of agronomy products and services.
  • Weighs and grades inbound and outbound grain.
  • Balances accounts payable statements.
  • Runs miscellaneous daily reports.
  • Provides customer service in a timely manner via telephone, email or face to face interaction.

Qualifications: 

  • Must possess good problem-solving skills by using logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems.
  • Has a good understanding of basic computer skills and the ability to learn how to use software quickly.
  • Possesses the ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone and via text.
  • Has the ability to work with others to resolve customer complaints.
  • Exhibits self-motivation, the ability to multitask and pay close attention to small details.

What you would be doing: 

  • Support the activation of the taste strategy reporting to the Strategic Marketing Director for Taste.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing communication initiatives for our Taste technology brands.
  • Develop compelling stories about our taste technologies that deliver a unique selling proposition to the marketplace.
  • Understand the competitive landscape, staying informed to continue to push and enable differentiated positioning.
  • Working with the Commercial Sales teams, build marketing-to-marketing relationships with Kerry’s key customers, allowing for a deeper understanding of our customers business and the ability to advise on customer engagements.
  • Partner with the Marketing Insights team to deliver high quality, trend and insight driven proprietary research that positions Kerry as a leader.

Qualifications: 

  • BS degree in Marketing, Business or related field.  Advanced degree MSIR, MBA desired.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in a contemporary marketing function. Foodservice industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to interact with senior leaders within the organization & Execution oriented
  • Extensive experience pulling together the story objectively
  • Flexible with ability to adapt to shifting priorities, tight timelines, and ambiguity

Qualifications: 

  • You have proven agricultural sales experience with either ag equipment, fertilizer, chemical and/or soil amendments preferably with specialty crops
  • You enjoy extensive travel throughout a large territory with a target of 75% travel 
  • Hold a Bachelor or Associate degree preferably in agri-business, agriculture, agronomy, crop and soil sciences, plant pathology or related field

Assistant Farm Manager for Pecan Grove Farms

What you would be doing:

  • Assisting the Farm Manager in operations and labor management.
  • Coordination of operational tasks, crop management, harvest, processing and shipment of pecans.
  • Agronomy responsibilities including weed, fertilization, pest and disease control.
  • Maintain moisture levels using drip irrigation and micro sprinklers.
  • Operation and mechanical maintenance of farm equipment.
  • Fertilize, hedge, prune, trim and prep for growing season.
  • Review production goals and reports and present to upper management.
  • Maintain and enforce policies and procedures.

Qualifications: 

  • Agriculture or Horticulture related degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must be able to physically work in a farming environment.
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record at all times.
  • Be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to work extended hours during harvest season.

  • Perform routine checks, repairs and basic installations of irrigation system
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service

Qualifications: 

  • At least two (2) years practical experience in commercial maintenance which includes general construction, plumbing and electrical.
  • Must be familiar with PLC automated control systems.
  • Must have basic knowledge in electrical maintenance.
  • Must have hands on experience with irrigation maintenance and installation.
  • Must have basic welding and metal fab experience.
  • Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds and hydraulic lifts.
