What you would be doing: Managing the sugarbeet production fields to ensure high yielding, pure seed productions while utilizing resources effectively and efficiently. You will be working closely with our seed growers to ensure good growing practices and protocols for the farm are being adhered to. You will be locating and securing farm field isolations for sugarbeet planting to produce the best seed for our customers.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in agriculture, crop and soil science, agronomy or related field. Strong technical skills. Must wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Able to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Consultant License within 12 months of hire date. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically. Preferred previous supervisory experience, demonstrated experience operating, loading and driving a loaded trailer, and 1+ years of experience in agriculture.

What you would be doing: Leading all dairy operations including, milking, heifer management, and feed management. In this role enjoy the variety from, walking the barn daily, working closely with the team to leading changes that maximize performance. Our ideal candidate has strong dairy experience with the ability to lead overall operations and contribute to future strategy.
Qualifications: Prior Farm Management with experience in dairy herd management. Knowledge of feed and bunk management. Understanding of farm equipment maintenance. Bilingual is a plus but not required. Must be able to pass a drug and background check.

What you would be doing: The Business Systems Analyst position is responsible for leading the effort to understand the AGCO business needs, with primary emphasis on A/R, Sales, and Finance, and identify how best to meet those needs. Overall this role is critical to the entire project life cycle as it will be responsible for requirement definition, design, configuration, testing, and documentation to ensure best practice are followed and business value is delivered in accordance to the objectives.
Qualifications: 3-7+ years’ experience with JD Edwards and/or other ERP applications (SAP experience a plus), with emphasis on A/R, Sales and Finance modules. Detailed understanding of the business areas supported by the systems is required to ensure solutions meet true business needs and requirements. Technical knowledge of reporting tools and solid experience in writing SQL queries and more.
